To kick off National Poetry Month, on Wednesday, April 1 the Center for Poetry will hold its ever-popular Edible Book Contest! Inspired by the International Edible Book Festival, there will be prizes for Best in Show, Most Literate, Most Edible, Most Creative, and Most Humorous. All you have to do is make an edible representation, sweet or savory, of a book or literary concept. The contest is open to the public and will be judged by Center for Poetry staff. 

Submissions are open at 12:30 p.m., and judging begins at 1 p.m.
