The MSU Residential College in the Arts and Humanities (RCAH) opened its doors to students for the first time in 2007. This fall, please join us in commemorating our first decade with an anniversary celebration on Friday, October 20, 2017. Alongside students, alumni, faculty, staff, community partners, and friends of the college, we will remember where the college has been and look ahead to RCAH's next ten years.

All 10th anniversary events will take place at Snyder-Phillips Hall, 362 Bogue Street, East Lansing. Can't join us? View a livestream of the event program beginning at 7:30 p.m. via YouTube.

Eventbrite registration closed at 5 p.m. (EST) on Friday, October 6, 2017.

Guests, partners, spouses, and children are welcome. The registration fee of $10/person includes appetizers, dinner, two drink tickets, and entertainment. Current students, your registration fee will be covered by RCAH -- please choose the "Current Student" option when you register.

For those arriving on campus early, we welcome you to visit Snyder-Phillips Hall on Friday afternoon for an informal opportunity to visit with faculty, staff, and fellow alumni. The party will begin at 6 p.m. with appetizers, drinks, and music in the tent near the Funambulist sculpture. Dinner will start at 7 p.m., followed by the program at 7:45 p.m. After the program there will be time to explore creative spaces in the building, listen to live music, and catch up with your fellow members of the RCAH community.

If you need any special accommodations or have additional questions, please contact Kate McGormley via email.

We look forward to welcoming you and more than 300 members of the RCAH community on Friday!

Event reminders:

Check-in begins at 6 p.m. in the tent between Snyder-Phillips and Mason-Abbot. You do not need to bring a printed version of your Eventbrite registration. After you arrive, please enjoy drinks and appetizers provided by Allen Neighborhood Center vendors.

Wondering what to wear? The event is meant to be casual and celebratory. Your comfort and warmth should be the most important consideration. The evening will be outside in a tent with heaters and also indoors. Please dress accordingly for a Michigan fall. Think layers! Know that we will spend time walking around on grass, so you may want to avoid wearing heels that will sink in when walking.
