About Erik Proulx:

A copywriter turned filmmaker, Erik Proulx spent nearly 15 years in advertising before losing his job at one of the biggest agencies in the country. His films Lemonade and Lemonade: Detroit share stories of resilience and personal reinvention. Proulx most recently directed a film titled 365 Days, A Year in Happy Valley, which "explores how individuals came together to grapple with unresolved issues in the wake of the Sandusky crimes" at Penn State.

In addition to his film work, Proulx is a contributing writer to Advertising Age, Adweek, and Creativity. His column "Dads Without Dad" is a regular feature in The Good Men Project Magazine.
