Wednesday Night Live: Sarah Kay

At 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, RCAH students, faculty, and staff are invited to join the RCAH in welcoming educator and slam poet Sarah Kay for a performance and discussion.

About Sarah Kay:

Sarah Kay began as a spoken-word poet when she was 14 years old, and has performed across the United States and in many cities internationally. She is the founder and co-director of Project V.O.I.C.E., an education organization engaging youth through spoken-word poetry. She is also a documentary filmmaker, playwright, singer, songwriter, photographer and editor for Write Bloody Publishing.

She is the author of the book B, which was ranked the number one poetry title on Amazon.com. She holds a Master's Degree in The Art of Teaching from Brown University.
