RCAH Professor John Aerni-Flessner Lauded with MSU Teacher-Scholar Award

Historian John Aerni-Flessner of the Residential College in the Arts and Humanities (RCAH) has received the MSU Teacher-Scholar Award. He was cited as “that rare young scholar whose research commands respect globally, engages community members locally and transforms his students’ perspectives on some of the most challenging issues of our time.”
The award was announced at the MSU Awards Convocation February 4, 2020, at the University Club in Lansing. RCAH Dean Stephen Esquith also received the William J. Beal Oustating Faculty Award.
