Join Professors Chris Scales and Anita Skeen for RCAH's 2015 Appalachian Weekend near Fayetteville, West Virginia. On the Fall 2012 trip, students enjoyed a concert with Michael and Carrie Kline, conversation with the Klines about oral history research, a trip to a buckwheat farm, guitar and singing instruction, and more. Costs for the weekend:
The total cost is approximately $350. This includes transportation, campground fees, and meals. Travelers will go in vans driven by Professors Skeen and Scales and will leave Snyder-Phillips early on Friday, September 25, and return by 6 p.m. on Monday, September 28.
