Grit, Glam & Guts has the goal of helping 150 teen girls, ages 12-17, develop a healthy self-identity, establish unity, and sisterhood among the next generation of women and also recognize and engage in the power of youth voice.

​This year’s theme “I Am Enough” will help teen girls come to know, understand, and cultivate their power. Facilitators from across the state will conduct engaging workshops on health and wellness, mental health, and true beauty while tackling social and emotional issues that are connect one’s worth.
