Showcasing innovation in the Indian classical art form of Bharatanatyam, Revanta Sarabhai’s contemporary approach to the centuries-old dance breathes fresh life into an ancient tradition. Through this unique talk and live demonstration, Revanta traces the history and evolution of India’s most popular dance form and how he uses it to tell stories of long-distance relationships, the environment and its destruction, and combat casteism in the 21st century.
