Niki Rudolph has spent her career working closely with students. She worked in residence life at SUNY-Alfred and North Carolina School of the Artsbefore returning home to the Mitten for graduate school. Since coming to Michigan State in 1999, she has worked in Residence Life and in the College of Communication Arts & Sciences. Niki earned a Ph.D. in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education, in which she studied the role of university presidents in organizational change. In RCAH, she assists students from orientation to graduation and beyond in building their strengths and finding their path.
When she doesn't have her nose in a book, Niki is camping or canoeing with her husband and two girls.
