Biography
Taylor Martin's research interests encompass two areas of study: positive youth development in both school and community settings, and community-engaged learning in higher education. She focuses on conducting community-engaged and participatory research aimed at promoting social justice and equity. Having attended a small liberal arts university, Martin is passionate about liberal arts education and plans to explore community-engaged educational practices during their fellowship. For her dissertation, she aims to carry out a mixed-methods study to reach expert consensus on best practices in community-engaged learning in undergraduate education.
