As most of us are sheltering at home, we are pleased to present a series of online brown bag gatherings with RCAH alumni leading discussions on a variety of topics.

Sunday, May 3 @ at 4 p.m. - Meredith Krygowski '12 will perform songs and talk about creativity and engagement during social distancing.

 

Meredith will perform a couple songs with her musical project Adrian+Meredith and also share some thoughts on fostering creativity and staying artistically engaged during social distancing.  Meredith is a full time touring musician and dancer as well as an events coordinator for film, music, and art festivals across the country. // AdrianPlusMeredith.com

Thursday, April 16 @ 9 p.m. – Join puppy time with Director of Student Affairs Niki Rudolph’s six puppies! Niki also will offer a quick RCAH and student update.

Sunday, April 19 @ 4 p.m. – Fiona Avocado '11 will host "Drawing our Dream Worlds," a casual drawing time for everyone, regardless of experience or level. 

Bring a paper and pencil and join us... no prior skills necessary! A working artist and educator, Fiona is pursuing her MFA in printmaking at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. www.fionavocado.com

Thursday, April 23 @ 9 p.m. – Grace Carras '19 offers a poetry reading entitled "Quiet Kid Speaks."

Grace is a spoken word poet from Michigan who acts as social media manager of The Artist’s Umbrella Variety Show. She was a cofounder of The Poetry Room reading series, and was a semifinalist in the 2018 College Unions Poetry Slam Invitational. Her first book of poetry, Quiet Kid, is now available for preordering at finishinglinepress.com/shop.

Sunday, April 26 @ 4 p.m. – Emily Nott '13 will sing "Songs of Hope"!

Thursday, April 30 @ 9 p.m. - Taylor Kamen Beardsall '13 will host Evening Yin Yoga, a gentle slow-down before bed.

Bring a mat, blanket, or towel, and a pillow.
